FAQ

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available online to be printed at home or emailed to the recipient. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied towards gratuities. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not refundable or able to be traced.

Facilities
We have separate ladies and gentlemen’s lounges, complete with robes, slippers, towels and a full array of amenities. Each lounge features lockers, and infrared saunas and showers. In our relaxation area, enjoy infused water, herbal teas, coffee, beer or wine while soaking in a peaceful view of the Kennebunk River.

Please call (207) 985-3400 or visit our online scheduling system to make your reservations.

Cancellations
All services are secured with a credit card. We respectfully ask that all cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that guests who do not contact us to cancel or reschedule an appointment they can no longer make and do not show up for will be responsible for 100% of the service cost. Same-day cancellations will be responsible for 50% of the service cost. As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, if you arrive late to your service, it will be shortened the amount of time you are tardy and you will be charged for the full service. 

Minors
Guests between the ages of 12-17 are permitted to receive massages, facials, make up, and waxing services excluding brazilian waxing. You must be 18 years of age to receive a brazilian waxing service. For guests younger than 12 years of age the parent/guardian must be present in the treatment room during the duration of the service. The parent/guardian must fill out a Minor Consent Form at the time of the minors visit.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any Massage or Facial appointment. If your arrival is late, your service(s) may need to be shortened or adjusted to accommodate our schedule and other guests. We ask that all cell phones be turned off while in the spa or salon and that you leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. For the protection and safety of your child and to ensure a quiet environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa without appointment.

Gratuities
Are at the discretion of the guest. For quality service they are typically 15 to 20%. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities. Our Guest Service Coordinators will be glad to provide you with envelopes.

Returns

Retail products and/or device & equipment purchases may be returned for store credit within 14 days if they remain unopened and unused. We are not able to accept a return for anything that has been opened, used, or purchased beyond the 14 day period. When a return is made, the reward points will also be deducted from guests account.
